How We Prepare Claims

A well-prepared claim is more than a summary of grievances. It must establish entitlement, causation, and quantum in a way that directly addresses the contract and the records. We work with clients to reconstruct claims from the contemporaneous material, rather than relying on reconstructed narratives or global assertions.

Our process involves testing the claim against the likely lines of attack: notice, time bars, causation, concurrency, and the adequacy of the records. We then refine the claim so that each element is supported and defensible.
