Mapping manual versus as-built conditions enabled hour-based valuation of variations and reinforced early treatment of documentation-driven change. The analysis revealed that the root cause of the disruption was not the contractor's execution but the failure to update design documentation to reflect as-built conditions, which in turn drove significant re-wiring and access impacts across the wind farm.
